Delete your OuiGotU account

Deleting your account removes your profile, your service listings, your quotes and your chat history. Bookings that are still in progress must be completed or cancelled first. This cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open the OuiGotU app and go to My profile → Delete account. Accounts created with Sign in with Apple can only be deleted in the app on an iPhone or iPad.

By email

Email support@ouigotu.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email when your data has been removed.

Some information may be kept longer when the law requires it (for example, records of reports about abuse). The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
